What Medicare Covers
There are 2 main ways to get your Medicare coverage – Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) and Medicare Advantage.
Medicare Part A
Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) helps cover inpatient care in hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, hospice and home health care.
Medicare Part B
Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) helps cover doctor and other health care providers' services, outpatient care, durable medical equipment, home healthcare and some preventive services.
